Shipping Policy


Receivers of the packages will not be at risk of contracting coronavirus by reason of the poor survivability of these coronaviruses on surfaces, there is likely 0% possibility to spread from products or packaging that are shipped over a period of days or weeks at ambient temperatures according to CDC, the Centers of Disease of Control and prevention. Please do not worry about it. 

However, It may cause delays on shipments depending on the destination country since many logistics are short of their workforce and also the number of flights has been reduced as a measure to slow the spread of the pandemic. We appreciate your patience during this unprecedented time. 



Address Accuracy
Make sure you get your items! If the address is not entered correctly, your package may be returned as undeliverable. You would then have to place a new order. Save time and avoid frustration by entering the address information in the appropriate boxes and double-checking for typos and other errors.


General Address Tips 

Providing us with error-free shipping and billing addresses will avoid unnecessary delays and get your packages delivered as quickly as possible. Here are a few tips to keep in mind:

Your billing address must match the address that appears on your monthly credit card or bank statement. Be sure to check your statement for accuracy.

Leave fields blank if they don't apply to your shipping or billing address. Do not enter "N/A," "Not applicable," "None," "Same," etc.

Enter information in the appropriate fields. For example, do not enter city and state information in the "Address Line 2" field; use the provided city and state fields instead.

Avoid using accent marks or non-English characters. Our systems cannot process Chinese characters, Cyrillic letters, etc., and entering these into any of the address fields may delay shipment of your packages.

Do not enter shipping or delivery instructions in any of the address fields.


General shipping information

When orders are received during business hours, we will try to get the order out the same day. Unless there is a problem with the order, all orders will be processed and shipped out at a maximum of 15 to 25 working days to be delivered to you.

All orders  will be processed within the same day, unless there is a lot of pending orders ahead, at which point the order will be shipped out the following business day. Weekend orders will be shipped out on the following business day.

Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct, to avoid delays in order processing. Incorrect information may cause a delay in the processing of your order. Your order may also be delayed if additional verification of billing information is necessary.


Duties & Taxes

Shipping fees do not include duties and taxes charged by the country of destination. Shipping fees are not refundable for undelivered shipments or refused shipments.

Scarly is not responsible for and is excused from performing due to events outside of our control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather-related delays, and work stoppages or delays.


Tracking shipments

You can review the status of your order numbers by logging into your Scarly Account and viewing your order history online. By clicking on the carrier tracking number, you can view the detailed delivery status of your order.


International Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders. Due to the expenses associated with shipping, including custom and brokerage fees, it is not fiscally feasible to accept international returns. All international orders are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping to ensure that our customers receive the correct item ordered. Your satisfaction is important to us. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If your package is damaged during shipping, contact us immediately so that a claim can be filed with the carrier. We will ship you a replacement after the claim is granted.


Sales Tax
Sales tax will not be charged.
